The room cleanliness could improve!!! A cleaning staff review might benefit. I encountered dirty kettles and broken plugs!!! Weak air conditioning added discomfort, and accessing the elevator was quite a chore!!! Key card issues were frustrating!!!

The stay was mainly to explore the local attractions like the nearby beach and the Medieval City. I appreciated how clean and fresh the rooms felt, and the storage options were quite handy. I did notice that the balcony door didn’t lock properly despite informing the staff. it provided a comfortable base to enjoy the city without major issues.

Fabulous location, just a short walk to the beach and the old town, made exploring easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. Plenty of storage in the room helped keep everything organized. the air conditioning was limited. it couldn’t cool below 22 degrees, making it uncomfortable during hot days. I was disappointed with the breakfast options. not much variety, only an apple and an orange available for fruit, which didn't meet my expectations. the shower was small compared to the spacious bathroom, and some issues with the balcony door not locking added concern for safety.

The pool area is a highlight, receiving sun from noon to late afternoon, which enhances relaxation. Reception staff, particularly Spiros, are friendly and accommodating, making check-in seamless. the room cleanliness was lacking as it felt dusty upon arrival, and amenities were limited with no complimentary coffee or modern bathroom options. While the location is vibrant and close to nightlife, it can be noisy, especially during the weekends, which can be disruptive for some guests.

The location offers easy access to vibrant local nightlife and attractions, with bars and clubs just a short walk away. The hotel’s air conditioning is included in the price, which helps cool down after a hot day out.
There are significant noise issues, especially with nearby bars that play loud music until the early morning, making it tough for light sleepers. The inconsistent room cleanliness is a concern, with reports of dusty rooms upon arrival and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, as quality is lacking despite its variety, with items often described as unappetizing or poorly prepared. Several guests noticed blocked showers and inconsistent drainage, which detracts from the comfort. Lastly, room sizes vary widely, with some being quite cramped, and there are reports of pest sightings that aren’t exactly comforting.
